We have established a Mezzanine Debt Fund and Real Estate Fund. Both of these funds fit perfectly with all our normal business operations and gives us the unique ability to invest with our strategic partners in all our portfolio ventures. This has also given us the opportunity to further explore some additional deals at the friends and family level from our larger strategic partners.
